Small note about the above diagram.... Looking closely (sorry about the quality) it states that dark colored cars (B7, F8, T7 & X9) omitted the tail panel black out......I have personally never witnessed this. There is an original unrestored 69 F8 green Hemi Charger on THIS page that indeed has the tailpanel black out....very strange. This bulliten was dated 5/28/68....well before the 7/68 first run of the 1969 model......it is obvious that the plans were changed.
